During assembly on Friday, May 15, Fine Arts faculty Donya Allison and Jessica Hunt presented the work of this year’s intensive studies art students: Claire Pan ’20, Amy Phillips ’20, Hallie Williams ’20, Gabby Randall ’20, William Hylen ’20 and Zoe Scully ’21. Intensive studies art is a course taken by the most advanced art students during their junior and/or senior year. Students meet four to five times a week, building a thematic portfolio of work created both in class and independently. Today would have been the opening reception for an exhibit of their work in the Bonsack Gallery. Students shared their portfolios digitally, with comments on their inspiration and process.
