School spirit is on full display during Burroughs’ annual Blue & Gold Spirit Week, which began September 22.
Students are joining in a week of themed dress-up days, including Blue & Gold Day, Jersey Day, Meme Day and Spirit Shirt Day, featuring commemorative T-shirts designed by the Class of 2027 and underwritten by the Roz Schulte ’02 Spirit Fund. The week also includes special assemblies with friendly on-stage competitions coordinated by Student Congress.
The week culminates with a full slate of Blue & Gold Weekend festivities, including Friday evening’s student pep rally and bonfire, Saturday’s annual Fun Run/Walk from MICDS to JBS, and athletic contests throughout the day on both campuses.
