*LaBarge Internship: Students heard from past JBS parent Steve Smith (Will '11), an architect and developer behind transformative projects such as the City Foundry. Mr. Smith spoke about St. Louis' development history, highlighted a few of his company's upcoming projects, and announced that LaBarge Internship is expanding to the field of real estate development this year. Applications are now open for 11th and 12th graders. Students should email Mrs. Reuwee in the Alumni Office (creuwee@jburroughs.org) for more information.
*Lacrosse: The boys lacrosse team will play Clayton at 4:30 pm today on the football field.
*MATHCOUNTS: Congratulations to Arya Kulkarny '30, Ishaan Anath '30, and Samuel Yao '30, who placed 5th in state at the the MATHCOUNTS competition, and to Jay Zhou '30, who placed first in the individual portion for the second straight year.
*The Review: The deadline to submit art and writing to The Review is 3 pm Thursday, March 12. Students can submit items using the link shared via email.
