*Black History Month: 
In honor of Black History Month, 10 students performed a majorette dance. Majorette dancing, which dates back to the late 1960s, is a high-energy, rhythmic and synchronized style of dance that draws from modern dance, jazz, ballet, stepping, and hip hop.
*Film Club: The Film Club will host a screening of Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) at 6 pm Friday, February 10 in the Newman Auditorium.
*Ice Hockey: Congratulations to the ice hockey team on two important wins over the weekend, and good luck to them in tonight's game against Parkway West (8:40 pm at Fenton Forum Ice Arena). A win tonight will earn the Bombers a berth in the next round.
*ISACS Visiting Team: Mr. Abbott welcomed nine visitors from ISACS (Independent School Association of the Central States), Burroughs's accrediting body. This year, ISACS members will spend time in the Classics, Science, and Fine Arts departments.
*Robotics Team: The Robotics Team recently competed in the St. Louis South League Qualifier. As part of the winning alliance, the team will advance to compete at the state level on Saturday, March 4. A trophy was presented to the school.
