Proceeded by their teachers, 112 seniors entered graduation grove on June 6 for our 96th graduation ceremony. The lifting of CDC and local health guidelines coupled with extensive vaccinations allowed us a safe and very nearly traditional evening. Each senior was allowed six guests for the ceremony and the dinner following. For an extra layer of safety, the dinner and after-party were held in the Quad. And perhaps a new tradition was born: seniors wrote notes on paper lanterns and set them afloat on Laughing Lake (no worries, a parent collected all of the residuals).
