Registrar

All official academic records for John Burroughs School are maintained by the Office of the Registrar. All requests for educational verification, unofficial, and official transcripts must be made directly with the registrar using the following information and guidelines:

1. Educational Verification
For educational verification, please contact Darryl Calkins at dcalkins@jburroughs.org.

2. NCAA Compliance
Any matters concerning NCAA should contact Pete McKeown at pmckeown@jburroughs.org.

3. Transcript Requests
If you are a current student/parent/guardian, an alumnus, or an outside organization needing a transcript for a specific student, we now require requests be submitted through one of three forms. 

Due to an increase in scams and fraud where transcripts are being used to assist in stealing identities and/or commit financial fraud, in order to protect you we now REQUIRE requests be submitted by completing the appropriate form for your circumstance. Transcript requests will not be fulfilled through any other method.

All transcript and educational verification requests will be fulfilled within five business days from the date of submission.
