Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity & Engagement
The Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity & Engagement was established in 1997 and is directed by Daniel Harris. It serves as a central point of effort and coordination of student support and programming; faculty/staff engagement and professional development; community education and outreach; and assessment of all DEIE initiatives.
The core DEIE team includes Andy Chen (Acting Director of DEIE), Jennifer Kinney (Assistant Director of DEIE for Curriculum and Instruction), Keith Vassall (Director of Student Engagement), Meghan Rathert (Director of Community Engagement), Rene Iannotti (Director of Community and Equity Partnership), and Tammy Taylor (Executive Director of Aim High).
