The mission of the Howard A. Stamper Library is to support and to foster the active and creative pursuit of academic and artistic achievement through the effective use of information and the encouragement of curiosity and scholarly inquiry.

Stamper LibraryThe library aims to facilitate access to—and instruction in the use of—information resources both within and beyond the library walls; to create and to maintain an inviting, diverse and flexible space for study, teaching and collaboration; to provide a full range of resources, services, programs and training opportunities; and to promote an appreciation of lifelong learning.

The library hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am until 5:30 pm
Friday, 7:30 am until 3:30 pm

During term paper times, the library will also open on some Sundays and close later some evenings. Please read signs in the library for changes in hours.
