Next Head of School Named

On October 20, 2008, the John Burroughs School Board of Trustees unanimously selected Andy Abbott to be the sixth head of school, effective July 1, 2009. The announcement was made public the following day through a special faculty/staff meeting, morning assembly, e-mail messages to current parents, alumni and parents of alumni and a press release.  A letter from Carr Trovillion, president of the board, to all members of the Burroughs community followed.
