Weatherstripping

Montgomery Plan took a group of 21 students and six faculty members to install vinyl sheeting over 21 windows in a three-story home in St. Louis city. In what was the most ambitious undertaking since this annual service project began, students and teachers worked feverishly to complete the project in time to make the 1:30 pm kickoff of the State semifinal football game. With time running out, a few willing volunteers stayed behind so that the Dees and other diehard Bombers could board Montgomery Plan's own fan bus bound for Bowling Green.
