Campus Candids
Review Preview
On Friday, May 20th, the Review Preview opened to a SRO crowd. The library was packed with students, parents and Review-loyal alums, all of whom were treated to a variety of excellent musical and literary performances. Review Junior Editors, Eunice Ko and Sydney Brown, orchestrated and emceed the event which lasted almost three hours. To begin the evening, Editor-in-Chief, Madeleine Uelk read the first piece, a poem published in the 1926 Review, written by Martha Gellhorn; over the course of the evening several other students read pieces published in this year's magazine, a beautiful edition Megan Winsby arranged and executed once the staff had chosen the writing and art to be included from the over 150 submissions. The many musicians willing to share their talents made the night a fabulous one for all.
