Grade 9 Study Event

On the Saturday afternoon before finals in December, ninth graders had the opportunity to participate in an organized study event so they could share notes, coordinate materials and quiz each other in preparation for their first round of finals. While the group study was voluntary, about 98 percent of students participated. Many teachers of grade 9 students also attended to answer questions. Parents, who provided food and drinks and chaperoned the event, reported being amazed by the dedication of our students, and students reported that the event was very helpful.
