Bio Drey Land - In STL
An important and highly anticipated part of the ninth grade biology curriculum is a trip to Drey Land for a field study of Ozark ecosystems. The class is divided into two sections, each spending two and a half days at our Ozark campus.
This year, storms ripped through the area in advance of the first session, power was lost, and faculty rose to the occasion by developing a Bio Drey Land experience right here in St. Louis for the first session students. Curriculum was adjusted and resources at Queeny Park on the JBS campus were maximized.
Here are some pictures from the first session, courtesy of Andrew Newman (fine arts, school photographer).
