The theatre department devotes much of its time to the study of concentration, relaxation and self-discipline—keys to successful performing.

About 25 percent of students participate in annual productions, which include a play solely for grades 7 and 8, two plays for grades 9-12, a musical and a dance concert. A recent school year's productions ranged from “Proof” to “The Odyssey," “The Importance of Being Earnest” to “Godspell.”
