Printmaking

taught by Ms. Allison and Mr. Jones, meets 3 periods per week. The printmakers use a wide variety of print techniques including linoleun cuts, monotypes, watercolor monotypes, oil-based subtractive monotypes, trace monotypes, intaglio, collographs and silkscreen. Despite the complexity and exactitude of the processes, the atmosphere in the print studio is relaxed, supportive and productive. Often each class produces a handmade book/portfolio for each student from the years production.
