Class Reunion Activities in 2007

Class of 1957 reunites for their 50th

1937, 1942, 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002

Class of '37	Six classmates and two spouses gathered for lunch at Truffles on Friday, June 1 for their 70th!  A grand time was had by all!
Class of '42	November 2-3, 2007. Seventeen alums gathered to celebrate their 65th reunion.  Friday night classmates met at the home of Fran Baker for a barbecue.  Saturday, alums had a casual lunch at Burroughs followed by a campus tour and the Varsity football game against MICDS.  Saturday night classmates had a wonderful dinner at Westwood Country Club.
Class of '47	June 2, 2007.  More than twenty people gathered for a luncheon at JBS followed by a Forest Park tour and culminating with a wonderful dinner at the home of Jim & Joan Schiele.  "It was great to catch up for our 60th reunion."
Class of '52	Saturday, October 6, 2007.  Many alums attended the JBS family picnic on Saturday and sixteen alums and many spouses gathered at the penthouse suite of Maryland Walk in Clayton for a festive evening on Saturday night.  A wonderful time was had by all!
Class of '57	September 28-29, 2007. Forty-five alums and spouses gathered over the weekend of September 28-29, 2007 for their 50th reunion.  For early arrivals, Gary and Lil Giessow hosted an informal BBQ at their home on Thursday night.  Friday night the class gathered for dinner at the Boathouse in Forest Park.  On Saturday, most of the class met at Burroughs for a reception at the headmaster's home followed by lunch in the dining room and a campus tour.  A Saturday night dinner at the home of Mark and Phoebe Weil topped off the weekend.
Class of '62	October 5-6, 2007.  About thirty alums and spouses met at the home of Keith and Marcia Shahan for a welcome reception on Friday night.  Saturday many people came to the JBS family picnic and watched the field hockey or football games.  Saturday night classmates met at the home of Dick and Julie Rogers for dinner.
Class of '67	October 5-6, 2007. More than forty classmates and spouses gathered at various events over the weekend.  Friday night classmates gathered at the home of Bruce and Rebecca Oetter and then moved to John and Anne Shapleigh's for pool and ping pong.  On Saturday morning many played tennis and Saturday afternoon some alums played golf.  Saturday night alums met at the home of Tom Dee and Lizabee Schaefer for dinner.
Class of '72	October 5-6, 2007.  On Friday night classmates met at the home of Ben (Frank) and Lynn Rassieur for a cocktail buffet.  Saturday many attended the JBS family picnic and watched field hockey and football.  Saturday night alums enjoyed a fabulous dinner at SqWires Annex.
Class of '77	October 5-6, 2007.  Thirty classmates met on Friday night at Busch's Grove for cocktails.  On Saturday night the class gathered at the home of Rick and Isabel Ackerman Brandt for dinner.  Everyone who made the trip was so glad they did, and many friendships were rekindled.
Class of '82	October 5-6, 2007.  The class dined on the rooftop of Clayton on the Park and then danced the night away at Finale to the sounds of Honeyvox.
Class of '87	October 5-6, 2007.  Eighty-plus people met at the home of Trip and Susan Stern to start off their reunion weekend.  A huge crowd of '87 alums, spouses and children gathered on Saturday for the family picnic at JBS and Saturday night the alums met at the Boathouse in Forest Park for cocktails and dinner.  Everyone who attended said they had a great time!
Class of '92	Saturday, December 29, 2007. About 45 alums gather for their 15th reunion in the JBS dining room to reminisce and catch up. Everyone had a great time and the evening went much later than planned!
Class of '97	Friday, November 23, 2007. Almost 50 alums met at the Schlafly Tap Room to gather for their 10-year reunion.  Everyone who attended had a great time catching up!
Class of '02	Friday, November 23, 2007. Sixty-three classmates and twenty or so guests gathered at Sqwires Annex for their 5-year reunion.  All who attended enjoyed seeing one another and we missed those unable to attend!
