Alumni Awards

Each year the John Burroughs Alumni Association looks out over the approximately 5,000 living alumni of the school and honors individuals who are making a difference in support of the school and in the communities in which they live.  Two awards have been established to recognize the contributions of these alumni -- the Distinguished Service Award and the Outstanding Alumnus Award.  These awards are briefly described below, along with lists of the recipients. We welcome nominations from all alumni.
